ADUSA, Inc. has recently completed installing its Queue Control systems at Ultra Foods’ newest location in Prospect Heights, IL. This queue management system will improve productivity across the supermarket. Customers can select a queue and print a ticket that will show them when their turn is up and when their order will be prepared.
“Queue Control can run standalone, essentially as an electronic take-a-number system as is the case here, or it can be integrated with self-ordering kiosks and order-taking tablets, which are also components of the OCFF™ solution suite, to form a comprehensive Queue Management solution,” said Juan C. Perez, CEO of ADUSA. “Clients have the option to decide at a later point if they want to incorporate in-store channels, and outside-the-store channels such as web and smartphone orders via our OCFF™ Enterprise Server.”
The Queue Management system is web based and easy to administer and maintain.
