Alexian is introducing its newest all natural Chicken Ballotine as the Paté of the Month. Described as a “true gourmet classic,” the paté is now available in convenient single-serve slices.

Chicken Ballotine is a French delicacy traditionally made with a boned thigh part of poultry that is stuffed with ground meat and other ingredients, according to the company website.
