Artisanal Premium Cheese Features Alpine Style Cheese for the Olympics

LONG ISLAND CITY, NY

Artisanal Premium Cheese has several Alpine style cheeses, in time for the 2014 Olympic Games, according to a press release.

These three cheeses are hand-crafted, hand-cut, and hand-picked:

Hoch Ybrig, a cow's milk cheese from Switzerland is washed in a white wine brine. It provides a full, nutty flavor. Typically, this cheese achieves peak ripeness in February.

Gruyère, a famous Swiss cheese that is aged for 16 months by a master affinuer in Zurich to achieve a complex, sweet and nutty flavor.

Scharfe Maxx is washed in an herbal brine and cave-aged for 6 months to reach a rich, tangy, and savory flavor.
