WOODBRIDGE, ONTARIO
Bäckerhaus Veit, an artisan bakery, has launched a stylized, cleaner, brighter, and more interactive website that is more user-friendly for B2B customers, brokers, and sales staff.
Visitors to the new website will experience a new design with easier navigation, featuring search by word, locate industry links, find recipes for menu building, determine nutritional factors, stay in touch with its “What’s New?” section, view accreditations awarded to Bäckerhaus Veit, submit specific requests online, and be in direct contact with its CEO & President, Sabine Veit, according to a press release.
“I think it’s extremely important to stay in contact with our customers and be able to share the passion of our industry and that’s why I am opening up the lines of communication with our ‘Ask Sabine’ link,” commented Veit.
The new website can be accessed through desktops, laptops, and tablets, and will soon include smartphones. The new website also conforms to upcoming 2015 standards for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 making the content more accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities, including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity, and combinations of these.
The new website upgrade is a key component of the company’s continuing brand transformation initiative, which has developed product innovations including the recently launched Brioche Gourmet Bun, Pre-sliced 4 pack Pretzel Gourmet Bun and Hoagie Rolls, Mini Brioche Sliders, Pretzel Table Loaf, and Low Sodium Multigrain Rolls.
Be sure to stop by the website to take a look at the “What’s New?” and see why quality is important to Bäckerhaus Veit!
