According to the company, BelGioioso Black Truffle Burrata uses the freshest Wisconsin milk and the cheese is made to order only a few hours after milking. The handcrafted mozzarella pouch is filled with a rich straciatella along with a seasoning of Black Summer Truffles.
“Our Master Cheesemakers continually strive to evolve our cheeses to a higher level and this time we are honored to be recognized for our efforts by winning a Best of Class First Place award at the recent American Cheese Society contest,” Auricchio added.
BelGioioso Black Truffle Burrata is made to order and available in 4-ounce hand-formed balls, packaged in 8 oz. retail cups with water for an extended refrigerated shelf life of up to 37 days.
