Best Cheese to Launch New Additions to its Portfolio

Best Cheese Corporation recently announced its lineup for the 2013 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York. The line includes the launch of the Melkbus123 Winter seasonal cheese as well as the Parrano in deli loaves for foodservice.
The Melkbus125 Winter is among the line of raw milk farmer’s cheese produced outside Gouda, NL. The flavor profile contains a mixture of spices including caradamom and nutmeg making it a prime holiday option. The Parrano cheese, already a top selling item for Best Cheese, is now introduced in loaves for deli slicing. With its nutty flavor, buttery aroma and smooth texture, the Parrano loaves will now be accessible for sandwich making and slicing and grating.
Best Cheese Corporation’s sister company, Coach Farm, will also debut Rawstruck, the first raw milk goat cheese from the cheese producer. Rawstruck is created only one day each month and set to age for 60 days.
Both companies will be premiering these new cheeses at their respective booths at the Fancy Food Show running June 29 through July 1.
