This is either the cookbook to end all cookbooks…or something so bizarre that it can only be described as crazy. You decide.
To promote the Tramontina cookware line, JWT Brazil has created the Biblia Definitiva Do Churrasco, or The Bible of Barbecue. Each page is designed to be used or destroyed in the process of creating an authentic Brazilian grilling experience, according to Adweek.
For example, one sheet is used for the coal, one to start the fire, and another fans the flame. Other pages include an apron, aluminum foil, a sharpening board for knives, a chopping board, and even a tray and kitchen cloth. Too good to be true? Check out the video below!
The book was released in March 2014. So far, it has only been delivered to “master barbecue chefs,” but a simplified version will be sold in selected bookstores in Brazil.
I have to admit, I would be curious to try it out!
