Boar’s Head has recently awarded The Love Point Deli with its distinguished Deli of Distinction award, which recognizes independent retailers for high standards of quality, exceptional customer service, and for being a “good neighbor in the community,” according to The Star Democrat. This is the 17th Boar’s Head Brand Deli of Distinction given out since 2001.
Owners Mitchell and Tami Andrew were honored and flattered to have been chosen for this award. “We’re honored,” said Tami. “We’ve had a chance to visit other Delis of Distinction and this is a special honor.”
The Star Democrat also reports that Tami and her husband have operated the business since November 2000. Mitchell said that when the business first opened, Boar’s Head products were its main items. Since then, the deli has greatly expanded to include other food items and beverages.
Adam Pariante, who distributes Boar’s Head products to Love Point Deli, says he is thrilled it is being honored with this recognition. “They obviously do a fantastic job with everything as it relates to our products,” said Pariante. “What really makes this store special is the service that is given to each and every customer that walks through the door.”
On February 1, Love Point Deli offered samples of Boar’s Head products to celebrate the award ceremony.
Congratulations on this amazing recognition, Love Point Deli!
