Cady Cheese Factory added Triple Pepper Golden JackTM and Hickory Smoked Provolone to the already extensive assortment of cheeses that it offers.

If you are looking for a kick, the Triple Pepper Golden JackTM is the right choice.  According to Cady Cheese’s Facebook page, the peppers are a mix of habanero, jalapeno, and chipotle.

In 1991, Cady Cheese's factory burned down, and a new and more technologically advanced factory was built in its place.

Cady Cheese now produces 50,000 pounds of longhorn cheese a day in a variety of flavors, according to its website.  In all, it offers over 100 freshly made varieties of all natural cheese.  If you find yourself in Wisconsin, they offer free tastings.
