Califia Farms is kicking off spring and summer with two new seasonal drinks – its first-ever Almondmilk Horchatas and two new flavors of its popular Frescas.
These limited time beverages are exclusive to Whole Foods Markets until July 1st and will be available at other retailers nationwide through September.
“We’re excited to partner with Califia Farms on this seasonal line that will really help our shoppers to savor summer,” said Dwight Richmond, global grocery purchasing coordinator for Whole Foods Market. “With no artificial ingredients and just a hint of sweetness, this line is perfect for active, health-conscious families, too.”
According to the company, both beverages take strong cues from their Latin American roots, but ramp up the flavor sensations with premium versions of the classics, served in Califia Farms’ signature bottle.
Califia Farms Horchatas are dairy free and come in Vanilla Coconut and Classic Cinnamon flavors. They are made with the company’s award-winning Almondmilk.
The Aguas Frescas come in five refreshing flavors with bright and festive artwork inspired by Mexican mural art and Dia de los Muertos designs. The new Mango Chili Lime flavor is a slightly spicy take on the popular tropical combinations, while the Pineapple Ginger delivers a nuanced flavor upgrade.

Califia Farms plant-powered drinks have received numerous awards not only for taste but also for packaging – a modern design reminiscent of classic milk bottles. All spring/summer SKUs are available in single-serve, 10.5 oz containers and multi-serve, 48 oz containers.
