HAYWARD, CA – Columbus Foods has expanded its deli meat production through a new partnership with Harris Ranch.
This comes after last month’s announcement of a $28 million investment in its Bayfront facility to increase manufacturing capacity for its slow-cured salame.

To ensure consistency and quality during the transition, the two companies have spent more than a year planning, testing and duplicating Columbus’ consumer favorite deli meat recipes, according to Business Wire.

Both companies invested more than $10 million to ensure the implementation of a state-of-the-art deli meat processing facility to support the venture, according to Business Wire.
