Fourteen chefs to compete for "Master Holiday Chef" title

Alouette® Cheese, Chavrie® Fresh Goat Cheese and Ile de France® Cheese have announced the launch of the “Master Holiday Chef Challenge,” featuring 14 leading chefs from across the U.S. in a recipe competition.
The chefs will compete to create the best locally inspired holiday meals using varieties of Alouette, Chavrie and Ile de France cheeses.
Consumers can visit masterholidaychef.com to begin voting for their favorite chef and holiday meal and a chance to be randomly selected in drawing for daily and weekly prizes, including a grand prize trip to the winning chef's restaurant.
"Preparing holiday meals can be a daunting task," says Mary-Kate Van Fossen , Marketing Brand Manager for Alouette Cheese . "With the help of these talented chefs, we have created simple and delicious recipes for the holiday table. We've reinvented classic holiday meals by introducing everyone's favorite – cheese – to the menu. Our Master Holiday Chef Challenge will prove to be a close competition, with many delectable recipes to choose from."
Participating chefs include Adrianne Calvo (Miami); Matt Selby (Denver); Brian McCracken and Dana Tough (Seattle); Kevin LaCivita (Richmond, Va.); Jason Barwikowski (Portland, Ore.); Jared VanCamp (Chicago); Chai Chaowasaree (Honolulu); Tim Spinner (Philadelphia); Rob Wilson (Laguna Beach, Calif.); Jordan Wakefield (Atlanta); Robert Sisca (Boston); Ryan Jaronik (New York); Monica Pope (Houston); and Jonathan Merritt (San Francisco).
