Hope Foods is introducing three new product lines for early 2014. The Hope Crafted line features four gluten-free, dairy free cracker flavors, Hope Spreads line features three non-dairy dark chocolate spreads, and Hope To Go snack packs will contain crackers and dip for healthy on-the-go snacking.
“It's been a big year for our team at Hope Foods”, says Kari Baker who heads the Research and Development team at Hope, “Not only did we add six new flavors to our existing products; we also created three new product lines."
As well as being gluten free, the Hope Crafted cracker line is also non-GMO, certified organic, vegan, Kosher, dairy free and soy free. The new cracker line will launch with four flavors: Fig Almond, Kale Tomato, Sesame Garlic, and Sweet Oat, according to a press release.
“It’s really cool to have our own crackers. We know exactly what goes into them and that the product matches the standards we hold for our products," says Alek Ramoska, VP of Sales.
The new Hope Spreads line includes an innovative recipe that produces a creamy dark chocolate spread with three flavors: Dark Chocolate, Chili Dark Chocolate, and Coconut Dark Chocolate. The spread is non-GMO, USDA certified organic, gluten free, Kosher, dairy free and soy free, and has a low-glycemic index.
Ramoska says, “To make something gluten free, dairy free, and soy free that tastes good and is also low in sugar, fat, and calorie content is pretty remarkable.”
The Hope To Go line, pairs Hope Spreads or Hope Dips with Hope Crafted crackers into a convenient snack pack. The product developers at Hope Foods have carefully considered which crackers best compliment the flavors from their dip lines to form the right combinations.
