DEERFIELD, IL
Joseph Neubauer has joined Mondelez International's Board of Directors. The Chairman of the Board at Aramark, Neubauer brings a wealth of experience with him to the company's Board.

Neubauer joined Aramark in 1979 as the company's Executive Vice President of Finance and Development, CFO and member of the Board of Directors. He was later named President in 1981, CEO in 1983 and Chairman in 1984. He stepped down from his position as CEO in 2012, according to a press release.
Neubauer has also held senior positions with PepsiCo, Inc. Between 1971 and 1979, he served as Senior Vice President of PepsiCo's Wilson Sporting Goods Division and Vice President and Treasurer of PepsiCo, Inc. He has also spent time at Chase Manhattan Bank as Assistant Treasurer to Vice President of Commercial Lending. Neubauer continues to serve on the Board of Directors of Macy's Inc.
Neubauer was inducted into the Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans in 1994 where he still serves as Immediate Past Chairman. He received his education at at Tufts University and the University of Chicago.
