Castello Cheese is celebrating the art of creatively crafted cheese with its New York Pop-Up Store in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood. The store will be located at 426 West Broadway, NYC from now until July 6th, according to a press release.
The store will have a wide assortment of cheesewares from Boska Holland on display, including slicers, knives, fondue sets and cheese boards made of slate and oak. Visitors will have a selection of premium cheeses, quality tools, mini seminars teaching them about entertaining with cheese and other activities. Check out their activities below!

Cheesemonger Challenge – fancy putting your palate and cheese prowess to the test? Wearing a blindfold, all you have to do is try three Castello® cheeses and guess which is which to receive a certificate of excellence – everybody is a winner! For those food lovers who can correctly identify the three cheeses, you will earn a 20% discount on your next purchase. Free challenge available from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily.
Perfect Panini – discover the art of making tasty, artisanal grilled panini sandwiches with premium Castello® cheeses. Free classes are available every Wednesday between 12:00 and 7:00 p.m.
Fondue for you – learn the right Boska tools and ingredients to creatively craft a delectable Castello® cheese fondue platter for you and your friends. Free classes are available every Thursday between 12:00 and 7:00 p.m.
Bye-bye, PB&J – forget peanut butter - cheese is the new perfect pairing with jelly! A tasty snack session pairs Castello® cheeses with fruity jams, pastes and spreads. Free classes are available every Friday between 12:00 and 7:00 p.m.
Live art sculpting – watch as renowned food artists Jim Victor and his wife, Marie Pelton, create iconic New York landscapes out of delicious Castello® alps selection hirten cheese. June 4th through 6th - Jim and Marie will be live, in-store crafting a sculpture of Times Square. June 18th-20th - Jim and Marie will be live, in-store to craft the Brooklyn Bridge.
