Olivista EVOO is pressed within mere hours of harvesting. The result is a vibrant and distinct oil that is grown, pressed, and bottled completely in California. Olivista California EVOO is Non-GMO Project verified, certified extra virgin by the California Olive Oil Council, and has less than 0.5% acidity.
