MECHANICSVILLE, VIRGINIA
OLLI Salumeria is expanding its reach and production by building a new facility in Oceanside, California.
This new expansion will complement the company’s East Coast facility in increasing production while allowing OLLI to grow in the California market. Jennifer Johnson, OLLI’s Director of Marketing, spoke to DeliMarket TV about the benefits that this expansion will bring.
“The great thing about this facility is that we are building from the ground up. We can really set this place up to cater exactly to our needs. Right now, we really need more space and the new facility is going to greatly increase our space, which directly impacts the amount of production,” Jennifer said.
The facility will have cutting edge technology that is specifically designed to meet OLLI’s needs and increase not only production but also the types of products that the company offers.
“For us, we are really excited about the growth because it will allow us to better serve – we can offer sliced products, more size options, large format, etc. Also, the facility will be able to grow with us,” she added.
