Price Chopper Supermarkets has announced that Troy Johnson has been hired to the position of Vice President of Deli/Food Service. He will report directly to Keith Frosceno, Group Vice President of Fresh Foods Merchandising.
Johnson will be responsible for the merchandising of the deli and food service areas including specialty cheese. He will oversee all aspects of purchasing, inventory management, sales promotions and financials of the deli and food service areas for the 130 store chain.
With over 20 years of experience in food service under his belt, he undoubtedly prove an asset to the team. Most recently, he was Senior Director of Prepared Foods and Commissary Development for Ahold USA in Carlisle, PA.
Troy studied Business Administration at California Coast University and currently resides in Pennsylvania with his wife, Nikki and children, Ryan and Chandler pending relocation to the capital district.
