RICHFIELD, WI
Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is launching seven new specialty cheese items and unveiling enhancements to the Nikos® brand of domestically-produced feta cheeses at the Summer Fancy Food Show, June 29 – July 1, in New York City.
Mediterranean Parmesan, Rosemary Medium Asiago and Black Pepper Romano have been added to the Stella® brand of fine artisan cheeses. They are available in half wheels and are hand-rubbed with herbs and spices, according to a press release.
Double Smoked Cheddar and a Cheddar Jam Tray have been added to the Black Creek® line. The tray features a combination of three-year cheddar cheese with orange marmalade and raspberry preserves.
The new Goat Cheese Trio includes a collection of Traditional, Tomato Basil and Wild Honey goat cheeses and has been added to the Joan of Arc® line.
Winners Cheese Flight includes Morel & Leek, Salsa and Habanero flavored Jack cheeses and has been added to the Great Midwest® line.
The Nikos® brand of Mediterranean style regular, fat free and flavored fetas has also received a series of value-added enhancements, according to a press release. Nikos® are now rBST-free, certified Halal and shipped via sustainably configured pallets.
Saputo will have all of its new items available at booth #1836 at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York.
