Sartori Cheese is announcing Wisconsin Foodie's "Ditter Farm / Sartori" episode. The episode features a farm-to-fork story beginning at a Sartori patron farm, Ditter Family Dairy Farm, and finishing with a cheese tasting and conversation with Jim Sartori, Owner and CEO of Sartori Cheese.
As Jim Sartori explains, "The Ditter's and our Patron Farm Families' dedication to their animals and to producing the freshest, rBST free certified milk certainly plays a significant part in the making of our award winning cheese. Throughout the episode you'll see truly how hands-on our cheesemaking process is and the key roles our team members play in the crafting of Sartori cheese."
Wisconsin Foodie is an Emmy-nominated weekly television program, which is dedicated to educating, entertaining, and telling engaging stories behind food.
