Featuring balanced, savory, caramel notes and a light citrusy flavor, this cheese will satisfy all cheese enthusiasts and newcomers alike. According to the company website, patient aging has enhanced these caramel notes, which create an experience your taste buds won’t want to miss.
Sartori’s Limited Edition Extra-Aged Goat Cheese will be available at select specialty cheese shops throughout the U.S. October through December. Additionally, a limited supply of 4oz. wedges will be available for sale at the Sartori online cheese shop.
