Schnucks is proud to now provide its customers with the long-awaited Flory’s Truckle cheese. The clothbound unpasteurized milk Farmhouse Cheddar is aged a full year and is characterized by a full, nutty flavor with hints of caramel. The cheese is firm and slightly dry. Flory’s Truckle is produced in Jamesport, MO by Tim and Jennifer Flory and the Musser family.
The cheese spends at least 12 months at Milton Creamery, where it is turned three times a week—giving it its unique flavor profile. Milton Creamery is also home to the award winning Prairie Breeze, which took 1st place at the American Cheese Society competition in 2011, 1st place at the U.S. Championships, and a Gold Medal at the World Cheese Awards in London.
