TreeHouse Foods Welcomes Rachel R. Bishop as Chief Strategy Officer
OAK BROOK, IL
TreeHouse Foods is welcoming former Walgreens executive Rachel R. Bishop as its new Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. She will report to Sam K. Reed, Chairman, President, and CEO, and will be a key member of the TreeHouse Executive Leadership Team, according to a press release.
“We are excited to have Rachel join TreeHouse during this time of great growth for our company,” said Reed. “She has enjoyed a wide ranging and relevant career as both a management consultant and retailing executive which positions her well to make significant contributions at TreeHouse.”
During her career at Walgreens, Bishop spent the past five years at the company’s Group Vice President of Retail Development. She previously consulted at McKinsey & Company with a roster of CPG and retailer clients on marketing, strategy, and innovation.
She is a graduate of Brown University and holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University.
