WASHINGTON, D.C. Wagshal’s Imports will be making big debuts at the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco next week, including the introduction of two Can Bech lines and a new exclusive Prime Smoked Brisket. The company will also be sampling these products along with a new cut from Fermin during the show at booth #2821. Wagshal’s Prime Smoked Brisket is dry aged for 28 days and then rubbed with spices, which are roasted and immediately ground to accentuate flavor, according to a press release. The brisket is then given time to marinate so that the full aroma is captured within the meat. To top it all off, the brisket is then smoked for up to 16 hours. The new Fermin ibérico de Bellota cut, the Lagrima, can also be sampled during the show. Wagshal’s roasts the cut for 8 minutes before finishing it off in a sous vide. Also, if you’ll be joining Wagshal’s at the show, look for the new Can Bech lines. Can Bech is an all-natural, low-sugar, preservative-free and non-GMO fruit spread and sauce. Wagshal’s Imports
