Patrick Cudahy® has announced its schedule of festivities for the 16th annual Patrick Cudahy Day at the Wisconsin State Fair on Friday, August 8th, 2014. Beginning at 8:30am through 3:30pm that day, Patrick Cudahy® will be entertaining bacon-lovers with cooking demos, live music, and giveaways.
According to a press release, Patrick Cudahy® will be setting up a tent in Central Park to serve as a central hub for giving out prizes, coupons, recipe cards, and product samples. Fair-goers will also be able to take their pictures in the "Say Hey to Patrick Cudahy®" photo booth to commemorate the day.
Local Chef Brian Moran will also be cooking up a variety of bacon-themed dishes for select audience members to taste-test. Some of these dishes include Breakfast Eggrolls with Apple-Wood Smoked Bacon, Bacon Bread Sandwiches with Patrick Cudahy Virginia Ham, and Bacon-Brat Mini Sliders.

8:30-9:00am: Patrick Cudahy® Sweet Apple-Wood Quartet (Stage)
9:00-9:45am: Chef Brian Moran Cooking Demo (Stage)
8:30-1:00pm: Patrick Cudahy® Sweet Apple-Wood Smoked Bacon free samples + coupons, recipe cards and other giveaways while supplies last (Tent)
9:30-3:30pm: $8 off coupon towards the purchase of a $30 SpinCity Ticket Sheet with an original grocery store receipt for one package of Patrick Cudahy® meat or any one pound or more of Patrick Cudahy® Deli Meat (Tent)
10:00-10:30am: Patrick Cudahy® Sweet Apple-Wood Quartet (Stage)
10:30-11:15am: Chef Brian Moran Cooking Demo (Stage)
11:30-12:00pm: Sweet Apple-Wood Quartet (Stage)
1:30-3:00pm: Music, games, and prizes with Ralph Covert & "Ralph's World" (Stage)
2:00-3:30pm: Patrick Cudahy Prize Wheel, while supplies last (Tent)
According to a press release, Patrick Cudahy has been the primary sponsor of the Wisconsin State Fair since 1998.
