Jarlsberg^® Cheese Will Be Sharing Classic and Exciting New Items at IDDBA

ATLANTA, GA 

Jarlsberg® Cheese is going to be sharing both classic and exciting new items at the IDDBA conference in Atlanta, Georgia.

According to the company, renowned Chef Hector Santiago, a James Beard Foundation 3-time winner and chef from Pura Vida Super Pan and the El Burro Pollo will be in attendance making tasty dishes.

At the event, guests will be able to:

• Taste Jarlsberg® Cheese Minis, an “on-the-go” snack with 70 calories
• Learn about new Jarlsberg® Lite Minis, which offer the same great taste of minis but with only 50 calories
• Learn about new Jarlsberg® Hickory Smoked Cheese shingle packs–mild, semi-soft part-skim cheese with smoky flavor

According to a press release, attendees will be able to sample Jarlsberg® Cheese products each day as well as Chef Santiago’s delicious dishes, featuring Jarlsberg® Cheese, Ski Queen and SnoFrisk Norwegian Cheeses, Ilchester English Cheeses, Volpi Italian Meats, Garcia Baquero Spanish Cheeses, Gabriella Italian Cheeses and Old Amsterdam Aged Gouda.

Jarlsberg® will be at the Georgia World Conference Center in Atlanta, GA at Booth #4233.
