This just in, Artisanal Premium Cheese put us on notice for its new "All Cheddar Collection." Citing the multiple requests they get for cheddar, APC decided to just give the people what they've wanted. And with the gift-giving season upon us (or right around the corner), the announcement couldn't have come at a better time, well at least for us cheese-lovers out there.
The collection is available now and includes the following:
"Our Artisanal Grand Cru Vermont cheddar is aged over two years in ideal conditions and has won numerous awards."
"This cheddar is aged at least five years and has a smooth texture and a unique cheddar 'bite,' A big favorite."
"From Somerset, England, made by the same family for three generations, among England's finest farmhouse cheddars."
As you may have already noticed, the set also includes a jar of Lukan's Wildflower Honey and plum paste!
