Land O'Lakes, Inc. has a new Chief Operating Officer for its U.S. Dairy Foods businesses, promoting the company’s head of Supply Chain and Operations, Information Technology, and Research and Development, Beth Ford.
In addition to retaining her previous responsibilities for Supply Chain and Operations, Information Technology and Research and Development, she is also being promoted to Group Executive Vice President and COO for the Purina Animal Nutrition business.

These accomplishments and her stronger partnerships with the business units opened new opportunities with our customers and built capabilities for continued rapid growth.”
Prior to joining Land O'Lakes in 2011, Ford was a staple at International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF). In her role at IFF, Ford was responsible for optimizing the company's global manufacturing infrastructure, including consolidation of multiple international facilities as well as the construction of new manufacturing facilities in India, China and Singapore, according to a press release. Before her position at IFF, she held leadership positions at companies in multiple industries including PepsiCo/Pepsi Bottling Group, Mobil Oil, and Scholastic Corporation.
