After 25 years of success in the foodservice industry, The French Patisserie is now expanding its retail line, LOOKA Patisserie, with new products specifically for the refrigerated Grab & Go cases. As of this month, the company has two new products ready to ship, including the two slice cakes and six pack macarons, and even more in the pipelines.
“We were enthused by the overwhelmingly positive reactions by bakery buyers from retailers big and small,” Janette Dolan, Sales & Marketing for The French Patisserie and LOOKA, tells me. “Convenience and small portions are especially hot right now and we know that our best-selling macarons are likely to be popular in their new retail-ready packaging as they are still on trend and in demand.”
