Liza Kaplansky, Sales Manager for both Laura Chenel's and Marin French, took some time to give DeliMarket News a closer look at both companies’ latest items.
Laura Chenel's has two new products to add to its repertoire, she told us, a 5 ounce Goat Brie, as well as the new Garlic Chabis.
Marin French has a new item as well, a Baking Brie. The company was also showing off its quadruple creme Supreme, which was released last year.
As we previously reported, Marin French is celebrating 150 years in making cheese.
“We are the longest continuous cheese maker in the whole country, we’re really proud of that,” Liza tells us, adding that the company added a commemorative label to celebrate on its breakfast cheese.
