This year’s IDDBA was flush with new products and innovative tweaks to flavor profiles and offerings in the deli world. Columbus Craft Meats had its own creations to reveal at the event in the company’s new selections in antibiotic-free meats.
“Some of our absolute top-selling items are now available in antibiotic-free,” Joe Ennen, President and CEO, tells me from the colorful bustle of the show floor.
Columbus Craft Meats brought its new line of Antibiotic-Free Salame Sticks to display at the show, including it’s popular Crespone, and Finnochiona taste profiles.
Also a highlight of the company’s offerings, were the new line of antibiotic free pre-sliced deli meats. Available, Joe says, for the turkey, ham, and roast beef sliced selections.
Columbus Craft Meats isn’t just making a splash in its ongoing pursuit of an entirely antibiotic-free product line, but also in the way the company selects its meat. ““We’re the only one in the lunchmeat wall category that uses 100 percent whole muscle meat,” finishes Joe.
