It’s no secret that the snacking category is expanding—but how it’s expanding and in what ways consumers’ snacking habits are growing may be less well-thought through, though. Thankfully, with its latest product lines, Fratelli Beretta has tackled snacking from an innovative angle.
I recently had a chance to talk to Simone Bocchini, President of Fratelli Beretta USA, and learn more about the company's comprehensive snacking lines' launch.
“This time at the IDDBA, we have the introduction of our take on the snack category,” Simone explained to me. “We tried to look at what the consumer wants—and when they want it. And so we have a different selection of smaller snacks for your middle-of-the-day operation or something more substantial for your lunch break, and we figured out different kinds of combinations.”
With snack packs featuring cranberries, yogurt-covered raisins, chocolate chips, chocolate-covered almonds, trail mix, olives, and toasted corn accompanying the company’s authentic Italian salami, Fratelli Beretta’s latest line promises an enticing variety of tastes sure to resonate with consumers regardless of their taste and the time of day.
