Jared Lynch Shares Creminelli’s New Gin, Gouda, Bison, and Mezcal Salami Varieties

There’s a lot of innovation going on in the world of cured meats right now, and one company that’s trying to take that innovation up a notch is Creminelli Fine Meats. I joined up with my pal Jared Lynch, Creminelli's Co-Founder and Chief Development Officer, who gave me the inside scoop on what the company is offering, and what it has in store. 

Mezcal Salami

“We’ve got a new line up of flavors we’re working on,” explains Jared. “One that’s really exciting that we’re working on is the Gin Salami. We think that it brings a very unique flavor profile to salami.”

In addition to the Gin Salami, Creminelli is introducing a delicate Gouda Salami, a Mezcal Salami made with real orange peel, and a Bison Salami.

“A lot of people know our Wild Boar Salami so we took it one step further and we developed the Bison Salami which has turned out really excellent,” Jared shared with me.
