Olli Salumeria is heading behind the counter.
Jennifer Johnson, Olli’s Director of Marketing, recently joined DeliMarket News at the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, CA to tell us more about the company’s new pre-sliced line as well as its bulk products.
Presenting a bold opportunity to capture the grab-and-go consumer, Olli’s pre-sliced line is designed to be perfect for snacking and as a quick and easy addition to any party platter. The company offers six different varieties, including Calabrese, Genoa, Napoli, Pepperoni, Sopressata, and Toscano in a sleek, eye-catching package.
“We’ve taken the same philosophy that we use in our chub line and we make that in something that’s easy for people to peel and reseal and eat it when you want,” Jennifer tells us.
Since debuting its chub line, Jennifer continues by saying that Olli was going to market with a product that hadn’t been heard of before. Now, she says, Olli is going to market with a “product that customers are asking for as they’re putting it on the shelf.”
