In the tradition of great central European charcutiers, Piller’s Black Kassel brand of deli meats offers four distinct flavors of Premium Sliced Meats.

The Premium sliced line includes:

Named in honor of artisans along the Rhein and Mosel rivers, who for centuries, have produced some of the world’s finest cured meats, Black Kassel’s products are crafted in the old world tradition, with carefully blended spices and a patient dry aging process using select hardwoods.

Like all Black Kassel products, the brand’s line of Premium Sliced Meats is rich in protein and free of major food allergens such as milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans.

The company’s prepackaged sliced meat line come in high-graphic, four-ounce re-sealable packages with a lengthy 120-day shelf-life.
