Piller's Black Kassel Line Showcases Convenience and Extended Offerings

Black Kassel, whose legendary taste and authentic Old World craftsmanship is based on European recipes passed down through generations, is extending our line of premium dry aged deli meats with convenient pre-packaged sliced offerings.

Black Kassel introduces four unique new products:

  • Old Forest Salami–a lean blend of pork with delicate mild smoky flavor.
  • Mustard Seed Salami–featuring whole mustard seeds and garlic.
  • Picante Salami–featuring a kick of habanero pepper.
  • Speck–also known as smoked prosciutto, dry-aged for 80 days.

Our convenient packaging has an array of benefits:

  • Re-sealable: maintains moisture and flavor, with better storage.
  • Easy-peel: for a no-hassle customer experience.
  • MAP Packaging: for better visual appearance, and longer shelf-life.

These meats are free from all major food allergens, making these products perfect for entertaining for all ages. The natural wood cold-smoking coupled with dry-aging for a minimum of 28 days brings these full bodied flavors to maturity, while unique shapes such as flower and square/diamond elevate entertaining to new levels. Bringing guests to believe they are true Lords & Ladies in the castle.
