Smithfield Foods, Inc. announced an expansion at its Grayson, Kentucky, facility last Thursday, October 4. The expansion will increase production capacity by 20 percent. To meet its growing operational needs, the company is hiring 40 full-time positions.

According to a company press release, available positions include: general production, maintenance, and engineering trainee.
