NatureBox Inc. has launched a new membership model, offering its customers the ability to choose from a variety of personalized membership plans.
The company hopes that this move will separate it from its box-of-the-month competitors by transforming it into a dynamic online retail experience that delivers more convenience and personalization than traditional retail.
“An increasing number of shoppers are going online to meet their evolving snacking needs,” said Gautam Gupta, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, NatureBox. “We’re just scratching the surface of the level of innovation, variety, and discovery we will deliver in the booming $77 billion category and make smart, delicious snacking even easier for our members.”
According to a press release from the company, this new plan allows members to choose their box size and delivery frequency: monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly.
Additionally, NatureBox is reducing the risk of buying snacks online by allowing members to change, pause, or cancel plans at anytime as well as rolling out a Smart Snacking Guarantee to foster customer satisfaction.
This plan is part of the company’s expansion strategy which included the roll out of products into Canada and onboard select American Airlines flights.
