Organic Kingdom Brand Manager Michael Pollak Discusses USDA Certified English Cheddar Line

You may have taken a circuitous path through the Winter Fancy Food show floor last month if you were trying to track down Jana Foods. The importer joined FrieslandCampina and Best Cheese USA as a newly-established family of brands boasting an assortment of products—from Frico brand cheeses from the Netherlands to the first USDA Certified Cheddars from Europe.

There, I spoke with Michael Pollak, Brand Manager for Organic Kingdom, to learn more about the Organic Kingdom line and the way in which the brand is bringing authentic age-old Somerset tradition to a new group of conscientious U.S. shoppers.
