Tobias (Tobi) Hartmann has been named as HelloFresh’s new President of North America, as well as an additional member of the company’s Global Management Board.

Hartmann is no stranger to managing, developing, launching, and operating direct-to-consumer products and business services solutions. He brings 20 years of experience to the position, having worked with both private and public companies. Among his roles was working as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of D+S GmbH and being on the Executive Management Team at Loyalty Partner GmbH to create one of the leading CRM and loyalty platforms "Payback."
Most recently, Hartmann served as President of Radial Inc., formerly known as eBay Enterprise & Innotrac.

Hartmann will be based in HelloFresh's NYC headquarters, according to a press release, where he will focus on long-term strategy, business planning, organization, and leadership development. As for his role on the Management Board, the company said Hartmann will focus on laying the foundation for sustained global growth with the build out of a world-class organization in all areas of business.
Hartmann is the most recent in a string of notable HelloFresh hires, including Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Brett Banchek, Senior Vice President of Growth & Analytics Arjun Kapur, and Chief Product Officer Stacy Gordon. The company said it is still growing, with more than 60 open positions in the U.S. spanning fields like Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Food Safety, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Procurement.
