Cypress Grove, the Humboldt County-based cheese producer, making award-winning and world-renowned cheeses since 1983, will be showcasing a new addition to their fresh goat cheese line at this year’s Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco from January 13 to 15 at booth #2243. Fresh Goat Cheese Cups, available in 4 oz resealable cups, will take the spotlight in the What’s New What’s Hot showcase as well as a front-and-center placement at the cheesemaker’s booth.
Rolling out in late summer 2018, Cypress Grove’s new Fresh Goat Cheese Cups feature a complementary blend of cream and acidity in 4 oz resealable cups. Flavors include Straight Up (the classic), Danger Zone (the spicy), Little Red Corvette (the savory), and Sweet Dreams (the sweet). Each cheese is jam-packed with high-quality flavors that help you cut down on time in the kitchen and enjoy a healthy, flavorful cheese as fast as you can open the lid and peel off the foil. A few cheeses, some fruits and veggies, a carb vehicle, and a little help from prepared deli shortcuts, all simply unwrapped and shared on a board (or paper plate, platter—whatever is easy and on hand). We're introducing something familiar, “cheeseboards,” as a fresh and accessible option for a weeknight (or simple weekend) meal—but with a Cypress Grove twist. By taking something that’s often thought of as fussy and overly complicated and breaking it down to basics, we’re adding a bit of effortless luxury to the everyday and solving the problem “what’s for dinner” in a glance.
Cheeseboards for Dinner debuts at the 2019 Winter Fancy Food Show and will be promoted through 2019 with a smorgasbord of marketing initiatives: grocery lists to make shopping a breeze, how-to guides, a robust influencer program, and an experiential cheeseboard adventure in three major cities. This campaign also lends itself to brand partnerships and cross-promotion at the retail level, increasing the register ring for the specialty department and aligning the Cypress Grove brand with trendsetters and tastemakers throughout the food world.
