When football fans fill Bank of America Stadium to cheer on their Carolina Panthers this season, they’ll have a new fresh option to satisfy their evolving game-day palates: Charlotte-based Hissho Sushi.
“Hissho Sushi has been headquartered in Charlotte for 20 years, and we can’t think of a better partnership to celebrate that milestone than with Bank of America Stadium,” said Dan Beem, Hissho Sushi CEO and a 20-plus year food and retail industry champion. “Football fans will be able to enjoy the convenience of some of our favorite sushi rolls without having to worry about missing any critical minutes of the big game.”
Guests won’t have to go far to get their sushi fix, with the seven locations dotting the 100, 300, and 500 levels of the 75,000-seat football stadium. Lee Vang, one of Hissho’s highly trained chefs, will be on-site leading the seven locations throughout the stadiums. The menu will include customer favorites like the California Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll and Crispy Crab Roll, among others depending on location. Hissho’s locations will be easy to find in Bank of America Stadium’s Locker-Room Market, Panthers’ Den and Suites.
“Just like sports fans are becoming more diverse every year, their changing tastes are becoming more varied and sophisticated,” Beem said. “Hissho Sushi is proud to offer Charlotteans and traveling fans the highest quality sushi menu in the NFL and can’t wait to help cheer on our Carolina Panthers.”
