The Vegan Mac pairs Chickapea’s organic chickpea lentil pasta with a creamy sweet potato and pumpkin sauce is a first-of-its kind dairy-free option in the chickpea pasta line, joining the ranks of Chickapea’s current pasta offerings: penne, spirals, shells, and mac and cheese. The Vegan Mac packs an impressive nutritional punch with 17g of protein, 10g of fiber, no added sugars or ingredients you can't pronounce plus, it tastes great! It has less than 300mg of sodium per serving, turning this childhood favorite into a nutritious, healthy comfort meal. It’s organic, gluten-free, low glycemic, vegan, Kosher, and Non-GMO Project Verified.
