Espuña Introduces Minute-Ready Tapas

Espuña, producers of authentic Spanish tapas and cured meats, will introduce its newest addition to its Tapas Essentials U.S. line: Minute-Ready Tapas at this year’s Summer Fancy Food Show at the Javits Center in New York City June 30-July 2 at booth #2582.

Alongside the Tapas Essentials All Natural collection, Espuña will be spotlighting their new Minute-Ready Tapas: Spanish Choricitos, fully-cooked mini sausages; Spanish Paprika Pinchitos, fully-cooked pork mini skewers coated with paprika and other seasonings; Spanish Fines Herbes Pinchitos, fully-cooked pork mini skewers coated with fines herbes and other seasonings, and a Tapas Assortment featuring all three varieties in one package. Minute Tapas are a heat-and-serve product that are to be enjoyed while snacking with company, as a couple, or just as a treat by yourself.

Founded by Esteve Espuña in 1947 in Olot, Spain, Espuña started out as a manufacturer of cured sausages. Since then, the company has expanded its product range and is now producing over 300 products from state-of-the-art facilities for customers all over the world. Espuña combines innovation and best practices to ensure that their old world, Spanish-cured meats maintain artisan craftsmanship for a truly authentic Spanish experience.
