Nor-Lake, designer and manufacturer of refrigeration equipment for the foodservice industry, is pleased to announce the hire of Merilly Hessburg as Director of Customer Care.
As Director of Customer Care, Hessburg’s responsibilities will include ensuring that customers receive the highest standard of customer service before, during and after the sales process. Her duties will include managing the quotation process, order processing, sales correspondence, technical services and after sales service support.
Hessburg joins Nor-Lake with 20 years of experience in executive management. In the last three years, she held the title of Vice President of Operations, Technical Services and Customer Care, where she worked to create and drive the global standard for service and operational excellence. She previously held GM & Technical Director roles within global service, engineering and operations, where she was responsible for global customer support, process/applications development, training and technical support.
