The following products, bearing new labels with the EarthKosher seal, roll out to stores January 2018: Bloody Mary Elixir, Bread and Buddhas, Carriots of Fire, Cauli-Flower Power, Cukarambas, Fenn Shui, Jalabeaños, Michelada Shrub, Mother’s Puckers, Pickle Brine, Stokra and Unbeetables. Each batch of Pacific Pickle Works’ playfully named pickles features peak-season produce, hand-packed within 24 hours of delivery. The company’s one-step mixers include Bloody Mary Elixir, a brunch-ready blend of robust spices and aromatics anchored by the rich umami punch of house-made Worcestershire sauce.
With expansion of the brand’s wholesale distribution and online sales, company founder, Bradley Bennett, noted an uptick in kosher inquiries from customers seeking clean-label alternatives to center-store staples. “The wellness of our customers is paramount,” says Bennett. “When we looked into the history and significance of Kosher, it fit naturally with our commitment to wellness.
