Wisconsin Cheese Showcases New Products and Playbook of Retail Promotions at the 2019 International Dairy Deli Bakery Show

Wisconsin Cheese is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker® Program with award-winning and Master Cheesemaker crafted products in booth #2135 at the 2019 IDDBA Show in Orlando, Florida June 2-4. Attendees can stop by to taste a variety of nationally and internationally acclaimed cheeses that only come from the State of Cheese®.

The Wisconsin Cheese Pavilion, which is modeled to look like a barn, will display a variety of themed retail promotions and merchandising vehicles while Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin staff provide retailers with solutions to promote and merchandise products with the Proudly Wisconsin Cheese™badge.

Twelve Wisconsin Cheese companies are exhibiting on-trend products that meet consumer demands, including: Agropur #2144, AMPI #1945, Bel Brands USA #1735, BelGioioso #2345, Carr Valley #2141, Emmi Roth #2341, Grassland Dairy #1938, Hennings #2047, Klondike #1935, Marieke Gouda #2143, Nasonville #2244, Old World Creamery #1946, Pine River Pre-Pack #2243, Saputo #2708, Schuman #2044, Scott’s of Wisconsin #1948, Weyauwega #1944 and Wisconsin Aging and Grading #2045.

Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin welcomes four new Regional Marketing Managers all in attendance to meet key retail and foodservice partners at the show. These new additions reflect Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin’s focus on cultivating a strong team of marketers that fuel the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin mission and enhance the competitiveness of the Wisconsin dairy industry.
