iSnak Corporation (dba Yooli Foods) has launched a new line of cultured dairy products under the Yooli brand. iSnak's President, Cary Richardson, is driving Yooli Foods’ expansion, as a new player in the dairy segment focusing on farmer's cheese based products. Farmer’s Cheese is a fresh, all natural soft cheese that is high in protein, gluten-free, 99 percent lactose free, low in sodium. Additionally, Yooli's Farmer's Cheese is a good source of vitamin D.
According to Nielsen, yogurt and cottage cheese sales for 2016 topped $8.7 billion dollars combined. "Yooli will revolutionize the yogurt and cultured dairy category by providing an alternative choice and expanding the eating occasions for Farmer's Cheese,” said Yuliya Flynn, Founder, CEO, and the creative energy behind the Yooli brand.

Having worked in the food industry for over 28 years, Richardson brings a wealth of experience in overseeing the company's brand growth in the dairy category. Previously, he served in executive roles with leading food companies, including Nestle Foods, Tyson Foods, and Foster Farms. During his 17 years at Tyson, he held the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Consumer Products Group and led the division to unparalleled growth in the value-added and fresh protein categories. Richardson is an experienced leader with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in the retail grocery, clubstore, and foodservice channels.
A native of Northern California, Richardson graduated from the University of California at Davis with an undergraduate degree in Agricultural Science and Management and also received a Master of Business Administration degree from Santa Clara University. His general management experience spans all facets of food manufacturing and distribution.
