Life is beautiful, and some of the things that make it so beautiful are the delightful culinary creations crafted by chefs all over the world. Bringing a unique culinary experience to the Life is Beautiful Music & Art Festival on September 16, Bazaar Meat® by José Andrés, inside SAHARA Las Vegas in Nevada, will prepare its Bazaar Burger for guests.
During The Cookout, which is a demonstration of live fire cooking in an intimate and theatrical setting, Chef Candace Ochoa of Bazaar Meat will prepare the popular menu offerings. The Bazaar Burger is made using a 50/50 blend of wagyu short rib and brisket, topped with shredded Iceberg lettuce, house-made bacon, special sauce, and pub cheese served on a sesame bun.
The Cookout was curated by Chef Justin Hall of Whiskey in the Wilderness. As explained in a press release, the event aims to provide a demonstration of live fire cooking in an intimate and highly visual setting, allowing foodies to try bites from chefs all around the Las Vegas valley.
As this inventive menu item is put on display for festival attendees this year, this event will surely provide a boost to the Bazaar Meat® brand.
