Bel Group has expanded its Executive Committee with the addition of a new leader. Béatrice de Noray has been promoted to Chief Growth Officer after four years at the head of Bel France. She brings with her strong leadership skills, expertise in reconciling consumer expectations and market management challenges, and experience in deploying Bel’s profitable and responsible growth model.
“As Chief Growth Officer, I will be working with my teams to accelerate and amplify the deployment of our growth levers by strengthening the link between our brands, our capacity for innovation and our markets, to better serve our consumers’ expectations throughout the world,” said de Noray. “I would like to thank Cécile Béliot for her trust in me, and I am fully committed to working with the Executive Committee to ensure the Group’s success as a leader in the food transition.”
In this role, de Noray will be responsible for structuring and deploying the strategic growth levers, including accelerating innovation and partnerships to shape the future of food. She will aim to strengthen the response to the short- and long-term challenges, so Bel Group can offer products and services that are as close as possible to the needs and expectations of its consumers.
de Noray began her career at Procter & Gamble (P&G) in 1996, where she was appointed Corporate Strategy Director for France in 2004. In 2009, she became National Sales Director for France and then Associate Director in charge of international customers. In 2014, she became Managing Director of P&G Prestige for France and Benelux.
“Béatrice de Noray has demonstrated her strong leadership skills, strengthened Bel’s position as a key player in the food industry within the French ecosystem, and made Bel France a pioneering subsidiary embodying the Group’s sustainable growth strategy,” said Cécile Béliot, Chief Executive Officer. “I am convinced that her expertise and experience will be key to continuing our transformation toward a responsible and profitable growth model. I renew my confidence in her and wish her every success.”
de Noray’s replacement as General Manager of Bel France will be announced shortly, a press release noted.
